1. Full Paper Submission
If you are interested in both making a presentation and publishing full paper in the Conference Proceedings, you are encouraged to submit original, unpublished contributions.Composition Requirements:(1) Plagiarism is strongly prohibited and papers that have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will not be considered.(2) Submitted papers should be written in the English language, with a minimum length of 4 printed pages, including all the figures, tables, equations, references, and appendices. One regular registration covers 4 Pages. Extra pages (Begin at Page 5) charge at 55 USD/ 400 RMB per page.(3) Please download the Template and format your full paper according to the template before submission.(4) The paper must print clearly and legibly, including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way.(5) Accepted papers must be presented at the conference. The final manuscript must be accompanied by a registration form and a full registration fee payment proof. Submission Method: Please submit your full paper via the email neessc@163.com.
2. Abstract Submission
If you are only interested in giving an oral or poster presentation without paper publication, Please submit the abstract only.Composition Requirements(1) An abstract with at least 200 words is necessary.(2) Please kindly download the Abstract Template here and format your abstracts according to the template before submission. Submission Method: Please submit your abstracts via the email neessc@163.com.Note: (1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is made.(2) All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
